Multi Messages ("us", "we", or "our") operates the mobile application (the "Service").

The No Ads Version of this app is available to purchase for a price. This app do not have Ads and have a few exclusive features that are mentioned in the description of this app.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Multi Messages unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Third Party Services

Device permissions for Personal Data access

Depending on the User's specific device, this Application may request certain permissions that allow it to access the User's device Data as described below.

By default, these permissions must be granted by the User before the respective information can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked by the User at any time. In order to revoke these permissions, Users may refer to the device settings or contact the Owner for support at the contact details provided in the present document.

The exact procedure for controlling app permissions may be dependent on the User's device and software.

Please note that the revoking of such permissions might impact the proper functioning of this Application.

If User grants any of the permissions listed below, the respective Personal Data may be processed (i.e accessed to, modified or removed) by this Application. No data will be sent to our servers.

• Storage permission: Used for accessing shared external storage, including the reading and adding of any items (Pictures, Videos etc). These are used locally in the Application to set profile photo in each chat and are not sent to the server.

• Read/Send SMS: allows you to select the names and numbers you want to save predefined messages to.

• Call phone log: allows you to select the names and numbers you want to save predefined messages to.

• Read and write contacts: allows you to select the contacts you want to save predefined messages to.

• Camera permission: this permission is needed to upload profile photo in each chat.

• Photo library: To choose user profile image.

• Reminders Usage: To set messages reminds.

Privacy Consent Management

In compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we display a privacy disclosure inside the app where users can unambiguously provide their consent for the collection of the data described in the present terms. User consent is collected and stored inside the app and can be revoked by the user at any time by resetting the app storage from their Android settings (Apps > Multi Messages > Storage > Manage Storage > Clear Data) or by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Users may also exercise their right to be forgotten by third-party advertisers by resetting their Android Advertising identifier in their Android settings (Privacy or Google then Ads > Reset Advertising ID) or by contacting directly any of our advertisement providers listed in the ‘Third Party Services’ section.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

The laws of the Argentina, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. The United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Software License.
